I hereby attest that (Client) is the authorized user for this account , and that I (individual representing Client) am acting within the line and scope of my agency for the Client to enter into this Agreement and to utilize the services of RevUp Render LLC (RevUp Render).

Cient will verify it's owership of a valid license and activitation code for design software being used on RevUp Render servers and verify Client's ability to use the licensed design software on a  remote computer.

Client will review the terms of services in the Order and verify that all of the information contained therein is accurate and describes the service that Client is ordering from RevUp Render.  

Client agrees that service charges and all charges will be that shown in the Order. Client acknowledges and understands that RevUp Render charges for services utilized during processing of the job whether or not the project is completed for any reason. If the Client aborts the project for any reason or is responsible for ending the project for any reason, charges incurred to that point will still be billed.

Client understands that RevUp Render is in no way responsible for meeting Client's deadlines or budgets.  Client understands that the RevUp Render is a self managed service and that the Client is responsible for monitoring the progress of each rendering project and for understanding the charges for all services incurred as stated in the Order.

Client does not hold RevUp Render responsible for the completion time on any project, under any circumstances. If catastrophic systems faliture occurs that interupt service, RevUp Render will credit render time lost so Client can restart the project with material saved. If models are improperly created and cause a Client system or a RevUp render system to crash, service time will not be restored.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, whose legal practices will supercede all other laws and regulations.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to this subject matter and supersedes all prior or simultaneous representations, discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

If a part, term, or provision of this Agreement is later considered void, illegal, or unenforceable, or in conflict with any law of federal, state, or local government having jurisdiction over the Agreement, the  remaining portions an provisions shall not be affected.

Should Client fail to pay any invoice then the invoice will accrue interest at the rate of 1.75% per month, or 21% per annum. Client agrees to pay all attorneys' fees, court cost, and expenses related to collection of said invoices.
